Gift List: Touch of Rage

While Garou are half man and half spirit, they are still creatures of Rage. As they grow and mature, their Rage and the beast inside grows with them, becoming even more of an uncontrollable monster the longer it lives. Garou have learned the need to put a manner of control of the ferocity inside, allowing them to point their rage in specific directions and even couple it with the connection with Gaia to send a shockwave through their enemies and knocking them away.

The following Gifts are available to the Fianna, Red Talon and Wendigo tribes.

Primal Anger (•)

The Garou gives of herself to feed the Rage in her heart, burning away her very blood and muscle in the process.

Cost: 1 level of aggravated damage to the character.
Dice Pool: No roll is necessary.
After inflicting 1 level of aggravated damage to herself once per scene, she gains three points of Gnosis that she may spend immediately for any effect, not limited by her Rage rating.
Action: Reflexive

Curse of Hatred (••)

The Garou takes hold of the hate in her soul and layers it into her words, scourging the spirits of those she addresses.

Cost: 1 Gnosis
Dice Pool: Manipulation + Expression + Vigilance, contested by the target’s Resolve + Composure + Rage
If the werewolf succeeds against her target, her opponent loses two Willpower points and two Gnosis points. This Gift may be used on an opponent only once per scene.
Action: Instant

Heart of Fury (•••)

The Garou steels himself against anger, suppressing his rage and creating a mental wall to hold back the tide of righteous fury that threatens to drown him. The anger always returns, however, and the Garou had best be ready to pay its bill.

Cost: None.
Dice Pool: Resolve + Composure + Glory – Rage
Every success achieved on this roll adds a +1 bonus when attempting to resist frenzy for the scene. When the scene ends, past slights and injuries come rushing back to haunt the werewolf, refilling his heart and soul. He must spend one Willpower point or make an immediate frenzy check, with a penalty equal to the bonus he received from the gift originally.

Scream of Gaia (••••)

The Garou emits a horrible, ragged scream imbued with Rage and the pain of Gaia. The force of the scream batters foes and knocks them off their feet.

Cost: 1 Gnosis
Dice Pool: Purity
Everyone within a 50-foot (15 meter) radius, except for the werewolf’s pack, is blasted to the ground to suffer one health level of bashing damage per success - this damage is not ignored by armor – as a shockwave rips through the area.

Invoke the Spirits of the Storm (•••••)

The Garou can summon nearly any weather effect she desires: Fog, tornadoes, blizzards, and thunderstorms all await her call.

Cost: 1 Gnosis
Dice Pool: Resolve + Composure + Wisdom
The number of successes required depends on how conceptually close the desired effect is to the current weather patterns of the area. The story covers 10 miles per success. If the Garou summons a thunderstorm, she may spend Gnosis to call lightning down on her enemies – Wits + Occult to hit, 10 dice of aggravated damage.
